You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods.
To cancel, tell us clearly — by email, or with the form below. Send the goods back within 14 days after telling us. We refund all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof you sent them), using the same payment method. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
The right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods that deteriorate quickly.
