These terms apply to every order placed on market.getkg.com. Irish law applies. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT where VAT applies. Delivery costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order by pressing “Order with obligation to pay”.
3. Contract
The contract is made when we send the order confirmation email. If an item is out of stock or the price was shown in error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Delivery
See Shipping & delivery. Unless agreed otherwise we deliver within 30 days.
5. Your right to cancel (14 days)
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. See Returns & cancellation.
6. Faulty goods
If goods are faulty you can reject them for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or a price reduction or refund, for up to six years. In the first year it is presumed the fault existed on delivery.
